ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Caretaker Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani on Monday reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to a peaceful and stable Afghanistan and emphasized the need for enhanced coordination for regional stability.
The foreign minister was talking to Iran’s Special Representative for Afghanistan Affairs, Hassan Kazmi Qomi, who called on him in Islamabad.

He also underscored the critical role of neighboring nations of Afghanistan in achieving the vision of a peaceful and stable region.
Afghanistan’s situation discussed
Earlier, Hassan Kazmi Qomi held a detailed discussion with Pakistan’s Special Representative on Afghanistan, Asif Durrani, on the situation in Afghanistan and the regional processes for peace and dialogue.
