KARACHI: Local officials said on Tuesday that as at least two persons were killed while several others were critically wounded in a road accident near Kandiaro a town in the district of Sindh province, Pakistan.
Local officials and local media reported that the accident occurred following a traffic collision amid intense slippery road and fog conditions in Sindh.
Rescue 1122 said that the tragic accident took place where multiple vehicles collided because of low visibility and unfavourable road conditions in the area.

Rescue teams and workers reached the spot immediately and started rescue operation. It said that the injured and dead bodies have been shifted to a nearby hospital. Report further maintained that some injured people are in critical conditions.
Earlier in October, around 12 people were killed and 11 others wounded in a road mishap in the Khairpur district of Sindh province.
Local officials said that the accident took place when a passenger van and a car collided with each other near the Babarloi Bypass area of Khairpur. As per media reports, the passenger van was heading towards Khairpur area from Sukkur when the accident took place.
