KARACHI: Acclaimed Pakistani actor and producer Nausheen Masud passed away on Wednesday after losing battle with cancer.
Her ex-husband Tariq Qureshi confirmed the tragic news on social media. In a post he said his ex-wife, Nausheen Masud, passed away after a long and tough battle with cancer.
The showbiz community has expressed deep grief over her demise.
The actor performed in various dramas including Colony 52, Gher Tau Aakhir Apna Hai, Jaal and Dolly Ki Ayegi Barat.
Nausheen also directed several music videos of Shahzad Roy, Junaid Jamshed, Aamir Zaki, Jawad Ahmed, and the music band Junoon. He had also worked as a VJ on a music show in mid 90s.
Famous actor Adnan Siddiqui, in a post on X, formerly Twitter, also remembered Nausheen as beautiful soul.
She had a liking for art and often shared her work on social media with her followers, who labelled her art as powerful and amazing.
