Pakistan’s Delegation to Visit Afghanistan for Political Dialogue

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Minister of State for Foreign Affair Hina Rabbani Khar will lead Pakistani delegation to Kabul for a one-day visit on November 29.

Pakistani delegation will hold political talks with Afghanistan interim government in Kabul.

In a press release, the Foreign Office spokesperson said on Monday that delegations of both the countries will discuss bilateral relations and cooperation in the areas of regional connectivity, investment, education, and people-to-people contacts and matters pertaining to regional security.

Pakistan Reaffirms Continued Support for Strengthening Peace in Afghanistan

During the visit, the state minister will also reaffirm Pakistan’s continued support and commitment for all efforts for enhancing prosperity and strengthening peace in Afghanistan.

The Foreign Office Spokesperson said that Pakistan will reaffirm its abiding solidarity with the people of Afghanistan, in particular through its efforts to address the humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan and to create opportunities for economic prosperity of Afghan men, women and children.
