ISLAMABAD: Independent candidate Ayaz Ahmad won the election for Punjab Assembly constituency PP-222, Multan-X by obtaining 30,579 votes. According to the unofficial result, his runner-up Pakistan Peoples Party’s Parliamentarian (PPPP) Rana Tahir Shabbir secured 28,702 votes.
