ISLAMABAD: After gaining 45 paisa last day, Pakistani Rupee remained stable with a slight loss on Thursday by 14 paisa against the greenback in the interbank trading, and closed at Rs287.60 against its last day closing of Rs287.46, as reported by State Bank of Pakistan.

However, according to the Forex Association of Pakistan (FAP), the buying and selling rates of dollars in the open market observed a minimal change and settled at Rs293.6 and Rs296.5 respectively.
Rupee against Euro, Pound, Riyal
Unlike the US Dollar, the price of the Euro witnessed a slight increase by 95 paisa to settle at Rs316.70 against Rs315.75 last day.
However the Japanese Yen witnessed a loss of 01 paisa to close at Rs1.99, whereas the British Pound recorded a decrease of 18 paisa and was traded at Rs366.91 against Rs367.09 on Wednesday.
The exchange rates of the Saudi Riyal and the Emirates Dirham went up by 03 paisa each to close at Rs76.65 and Rs78.29 respectively.
