Russian Foreign Minister Holds Closed-Door Meeting with Kyrgyzstan’s FM

MOSCOW: Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has held a closed-door meeting with Kyrgyzstan’s Foreign Minister, Jeenbek Kulubaev, the Telegram channel of the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.

The meeting took place on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, an event that brings together diplomats and officials from various countries to discuss key international issues.

While details of the meeting have not been disclosed by the Foreign Ministry of Kyrgyzstan, it is known that prior to his conversation with Lavrov, Kulubaev held discussions with foreign counterparts, including officials from Kuwait, Switzerland, Senegal, Azerbaijan, as well as representatives from the Organization of Turkic States and the Minister of Higher Education of Malaysia.

The meeting between Lavrov and Kulubaev underscores the ongoing diplomatic engagement between Russia and Kyrgyzstan, highlighting their shared interests and cooperation on regional and global matters of mutual concern.
