RIYADH: The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed deep concern regarding the recent escalation of military tensions in Al-Fasher City, North Darfur, Sudan, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Sunday.
The ministry has reaffirmed the Kingdom’s call for all parties involved to abide by the results of the Jeddah talks, which seek to serve the interests of the people of Sudan by hastening a pact on a ceasefire draft and resolving the crisis through political dialogue.
Such measures are vital to safeguarding the unity of Sudan and ensuring the security of its people and resources.
