Saudi Crown Prince, Pakistani Prime Minister Review Historical Ties

MAKKAH: Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud on Sunday met with Prime Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif at Al-Safa Palace in Makkah and reviewed the historical ties between the two countries, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

The two sies also discussed bilateral cooperation and ways to boost it, as well as regional and global developments.

Deputy Governor of Makkah Region Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, Minister of the State and Cabinet Member Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Cabinet Member and National Security Advisor Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, Minister of Investment Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Eng. Bandar bin Ibrahim Alkhorayef, General Intelligence President Khaled Al-Humaidan and Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf Al-Malki were also present on the occasion.

Pakistan Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Minister of Defense Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Minister of Finance Muhammad Aurangzeb, Minister of Information and Broadcasting Ataullah Tarar, and Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif, and several other officials from the Pakistani side attended the meeting.
