Saudi Crown Prince Receives U.S. Senate Committee Members: SPA

ALULA: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud has received at the Winter Camp in AlUla members of the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Saturday.

According to the SPA, senators present at the meeting were Mark Warner, chairman of the committee, Angus King from Maine, John Cornyn from Texas, Jon Ossoff from Delaware, Kirsten Gillibrand from New York and Mark Kelly from Arizona.

The friendly ties and aspects of cooperation between the two nations were discussed, besides several other matters of mutual concern, the SPA added.

Attending the meeting were Saudi envoy to the U.S. Princess Reema bint Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdelaziz, Deputy Governor of Riyadh Region Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Culture Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, Minister of the National Guard Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State and National Security Advisor Dr. Musaed bin Muhammad Al-Aiban, and President of General Intelligence Presidency Khalid bin Ali Al-Humaidan.

The SPA further said that the U.S. envoy to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Michael Ratney also attended the meeting.
