JEDDAH, Saudi Arabia: A Turkish woman sailor was found injured on board a ship in the Red Sea on Monday and was helped by Saudi Coast Guards, who evacuated her to Yanbu General Hospital, according to SPA.
The woman had a head injury and required immediate medical attention, according to Colonel Misfer Al-Quraini, the Saudi Coast Guards’ official spokesperson.
The Jeddah Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre (JMRCC) received the information on Monday and coordinated the efforts for rescue.
