RIYADH: The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud has sent a cable of congratulation to President Ilham Heydar Aliyev of Azerbaijan on his re-election for a new presidential term, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

According to the SPA, the King expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes of success to the President of Azerbaijan and to the people of Azerbaijan, further prosperity and progress, the SPA added.
