Saudi King, Crown Prince Congratulate Pakistani President-elect on Taking Oath

JEDDAH: The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud has sent a cable to Asif Ali Zardari, congratulating him on taking the constitutional oath of office as president of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques wished the Pakistani president, Asif Ali Zardari, success, and the people of Pakistan further progress and prosperity. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques also highlighted the depth of the brotherly relations between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, which, he said, they are keen to further develop.

Meanwhile, Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud has sent a cable to Asif Ali Zardari, congratulating him on taking the constitutional oath of office as president of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
