ISLAMABAD: Sialkot-made football “Al-Rihalla” will be used in Qatar FIFA World Cup 2022, which will start on November 20, as 32 top teams of the world will fight for the top honor.
According to Gwadar Pro, in the Football World Cup 2022 scheduled in Qatar, the soccer ball produced in Sialkot will be used ‘Al-Rilahla’ and thus Pakistan will be represented in the global event.
Home of best-sporting goods
Sialkot is a city that is considered to be the home of the best sporting goods in the world, about 600 million footballs are manufactured here every year which is more than half of the world’s total production.
Al-Rihalla hair is designed according to the culture of Qatar, the materials used in its production are bio-based recycling materials and environmentally friendly water-based chemicals are used in its production.
Famous for manufacturing sports
The ball consists of 20 panels and is considered one of the best footballs in the world. It should be noted that Sialkot is an important city in terms of domestic exports where it is also famous for manufacturing sports equipment including volleyball, hockey sticks, cricket bat, and sports wear.
