ISLAMABAD: The Chicken Stuffed Potato Balls — crunchy on the outside, tender inside. It is a very simple recipe to try at home.
Ingredients:
Potato & Chicken Mixture:
- 2 cups peeled and grated Potatoes
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Green Coriander (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 500g Boneless Chicken
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
Potato Chicken Balls:
- 1 cup peeled and grated Potatoes
- Potato & Chicken Mixture
- Oil
Directions:
- Grate the potatoes and remove excess from them.
- Transfer to a bowl and then add eggs, green coriander, red chilli flakes, corn flour, salt, black pepper powder and chicken. Then mix it well and set aside.
- Take grated potatoes in your hand and place the potato-chicken mixture on them.
- Shape into balls by wrapping grated potatoes around the mixture.
- Deep fry until they are crispy and golden brown.
- Your Potato Chicken Balls are ready to be served and enjoyed.
