PESHAWAR: Annual Livestock Dairy, Agriculture, and Fisheries Expo will be held on October 4-5, in Peshawar, where national and international companies would make its participation.
Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Haji Ghulam Ali will inaugurate the expo, while Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Azam Khan will be the chief guest at the final session. Preparations for the expo have already been initiated.
Expo 2023 would play a crucial role for livestock farmers and the Livestock Department as the Milk Fair and animal beauty exhibition are also integral components of the event.
Apart from Provincial Minister for Agriculture Abdul Halim Kasuria and Secretary Livestock Amber Ali Khan, Secretary of Agriculture Javed Marwat other dignitaries, including Director General Livestock Dr. Alamzeb Khan would grace the occasion and would supervise matters relating to their respective departments.
Agriculture, Fisheries Part of Expo
Vice-chancellors of different universities and thousands of farmers from inside and outside the province would also participate in the expo. Agriculture and fisheries have also been included in Expo 2023 with the aim of promoting fisheries, agriculture, and livestock of the province.
Talking to the media, Provincial President Livestock Farmers Welfare Association Muhammad Asif Awan remarked that the Livestock Dairy Expo 2023 is being organized in collaboration with the association and Inbox Pakistan, which would hopefully become the biggest exhibition in the history of the province.
