ISLAMABAD: The US envoy to Pakistan, Donald Blome, held talks with Pakistan’s Federal Minister for Commerce Syed Naveed Qamar on Friday. They deliberated on ways to boost ties and focused on trade initiatives, economic cooperation, and investment opportunities.
Blome appreciates Pakistan government efforts to boost ties
Ambassador Blome appreciated the Pakistani government’s efforts to better economic linkages with the United States.
In response, Commerce Minister Naveed Qamar said that he was satisfied with the current level of cooperation between the two countries regarding economy and trade.
He said that Pakistan was committed to increasing bilateral investment and trade opportunities.
