TEHRAN: Iraj Masjedi, a top advisor to the commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC), stated that the United States lacks the capability to carry out a military attack on Iran due to the unique power dynamics of the country.

Addressing the people in Abadan, Khuzestan province, Masjedi highlighted Iran’s commitment to peace while warning that the country will not tolerate war and oppression.

During his speech, Masjedi mentioned that the US has been sending messages to Iran, urging Resistance combatants not to attack American forces, emphasizing that Washington does not seek an expansion of the conflict. He addressed the cruel assassination of General Qassem Soleimani, stating that Iran is one of the most peaceful establishments globally but will not tolerate acts of war.

Masjedi asserted that Iran has become a primary supporter of Islamic Resistance movements in the region, particularly highlighting its support for Palestinian Resistance groups. He interpreted Hamas’ Operation Al-Aqsa Storm as a pre-emptive measure to prevent Israel’s plan to usurp the Gaza Strip.

Furthermore, Masjedi criticized the Israeli regime for its actions, stating that if they sought revenge, they could engage with Hamas, but instead, they targeted thousands of civilians.
