LONDON: The Meta-owned messaging giant, WhatsApp, is set to roll out a dynamic user interface as part of its upcoming 2.24.10.70 update. This update promises a fresh look for the popular instant messaging platform, featuring vibrant new colors, icons, and a revamped layout.

WhatsApp had recently introduced a modern touch to its interface by incorporating a new green tint color. Addressing user concerns and preferences, the platform is now taking customization to a new level with an array of new features slated for future updates, according to reports from WABetaInfo.

The upcoming update will introduce a new section where users can personalize the main branding color of the app. Users will have the flexibility to choose from five different colors, allowing them to find the perfect shade that resonates with their personality or simply enhances the visual appeal of the app.

WhatsApp to Empower Users with Greater Control

This move towards increased customization aligns with the broader industry trend of empowering users with greater control over their app interfaces. The ability to choose a unique branding color not only enables users to express themselves but also caters to individuals with visual impairments or specific color preferences for personal comfort, promoting a more user-friendly experience.

In a future update, WhatsApp is reportedly set to take personalization a step further by introducing a feature that allows users to change the bubble color in their conversations. This development will offer users the opportunity to infuse their digital interactions with a touch of their unique style.
