ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday reaffirmed government’s commitment to provide a safe and sound environment to women to play their role in the country’s progress and development.
Prime Minister’s message on International Women’s Day
In a message on International Women’s Day, the Prime Minister said that women’s contributions to society’s development and progress were essential. Shehbaz Sharif said that today (March,8) is a day to honor the role of women in the society and their contribution to the progress of human civilization. He congratulated women across the world including Pakistan on International Women’s International Day.

Shehbaz Sharif further said that Pakistan’s government is always trying its best to provide women with their fair rights in the country.
