RIYADH: Heads of state, prime ministers and senior officials representing Caribbean Community (Caricom) have started to arrive in Riyadh to participate in the Saudi-Caricom Summit, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Wednesday.
The summit between Saudi Arabia and 15 countries of Caricom will be held in Riyadh on Thursday, November 16.
Secretary-General of the Caribbean Community (Caricom) Carla Natalie Barnett and her accompanying delegation arrived in Riyadh on Wednesday to attend the Saudi-Caricom Summit.

She was received by Deputy Governor of Riyadh Region Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, and several other officials at King Khalid International Airport.
Meanwhile Belize Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Economic Development, and Investment Johnny Briceno has also reached arrived in Riyadh to participate in the summit.

Deputy Governor of Riyadh Region Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz and several other officials received the Prime Minister.
Earlier Prime Minister of the Republic of Haiti Dr. Ariel Henry and his accompanying delegation arrived in Riyadh to attend the Saudi-Caricom Summit.

While Prime Minister of Jamaica Andrew Holness and his accompanying delegation also reached Riyadh to participate at the Saudi-Caricom Summit.

Both the leaders were received by Deputy Governor of Riyadh Region Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz.
Caricom (Caribbean Community and Common Market) is a government-to-government organization, and political and economic body of 15-member states throughout the Americas and Atlantic Ocean.
Its primary objective is to promote economic integration and collaboration among its members, ensure that the benefits of integration are equitably shared, as well as for coordination of their foreign policy.
