ANF Operation Nets 20 kg of Drugs Across Pakistan

RAWALPINDI: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) conducted a series of raids across Pakistan as part of its ongoing operation against drug trafficking.

These efforts resulted in the seizure of a substantial quantity of drugs totaling 20 kg. In a coordinated effort, ANF teams executed 12 operations, leading to the arrest of seven individuals involved in the illicit drug trade.

Among the seized substances were 755 grams of weed intercepted at the Rawalpindi Courier Office, 740 intoxicated tablets confiscated from a Bangladeshi citizen at Karachi Airport, and 12 kg of Ice recovered from suspects in Quetta.

Additional seizures included 4.5 kg of opium in Jamshoro Hyderabad, 2 kg of Ice in Dera Ghazi Khan, and 1.2 kg of hashish in Faisalabad. Cases have been registered against the apprehended individuals under the Anti-Narcotics Act, and further investigations are underway to dismantle drug networks and apprehend additional perpetrators.
