Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Red chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Black cardamom
- 4-5 Green cardamom
- 1-inch Cinnamon stick
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika powder
- 1 kg Beef boneless (cubed)
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Tikka masala
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Papaya paste
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 cup Yogurt
- Oil (for brushing), as needed
- 1 cup Tamarind pulp
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp Mint leaves
- 3-4 Green chilies
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Instructions:
- Blend together red chili powder, red chili flakes, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, salt, black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, turmeric powder, and paprika powder until you achieve a fine masala. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine beef, tikka masala, oil, papaya paste, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat the beef evenly. Marinate for overnight.
- Thread the marinated beef onto skewers and grill until fully cooked, brushing with oil during grilling. Set aside once cooked.
- Blend tamarind pulp, salt, cumin seeds, mint leaves, green chilies, and sugar until smooth to create a flavorful paste.
- Serve the grilled Beef Tikka with the prepared tamarind paste.
