Dates Milkshake Recipe for Ramadan

ISLAMABAD: Here’s a simple recipe for a delicious date milkshake that you can enjoy during this Ramadan:

Ingredients:

10-12 pitted dates

2 cups cold milk

1-2 tablespoons honey or sugar

1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

Ice cubes (Optional)

Instructions:

Soak the chopped dates in warm water for 15-20 minutes to soften them.

Once the dates are softened, drain the water and transfer the dates to a blender.

Add cold milk, honey or sugar, and ground cardamom to the blender.

Blend everything until smooth and creamy.

Taste the milkshake and adjust the sweetness according to your preference by adding more honey or sugar if needed.

If desired, add a few ice cubes to the blender and blend again to make the milkshake colder.

Pour the dates milkshake into glasses and serve immediately. You can garnish with a sprinkle of ground cardamom or chopped nuts.
