ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi appears furious following he was removed as T20I skipper as his latest social media story suggests aggression foaming within his-self.
A short video uploaded on his new Instagram story says, “Never ever put me in a situation where I have to show you how ruthless I can be. Don’t test my patience, because I might be the kindest and sweetest person you have ever met, but once I reach my limit, you will see me do the things that no one even thought I was capable of doing.”

After circulating the vide, people and cricket lovers are speculating that Afridi is not happy with the ones who allegedly played a part in removing him from the team’s lead role.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on March 29 had appointed Babar Azam as Pakistan’s white-ball skipper ahead of T20I series against New Zealand set to start on April 18.
Earlier, the PCB had appointed Shaheen Afridi as the team’s T20 captain after Babar Azam’s resignation in November 2023 due to team’s bad performance in the ODI World Cup and 2023 Asia Cup.
