RAWALPINDI: In a commendable gesture, 34 distinguished scientists and engineers from the Strategic Plans Division (SPD) were honored with medals by Lieutenant General Yousuf Jamal, Director General of the Strategic Plans Division, on behalf of the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC).
