FBISE Announces Results of Intermediate

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) Islamabad announced the results of the annual exams for the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) on Wednesday.

In the pre-medical group, Eshaal Shah Nawaz Fatima secured first position with an impressive score of 1075 marks followed by Hania Usman with 1072 marks and Rida Malik with 1066 marks.

Within the commerce group, all the leading positions were secured by students from the Punjab Group of Colleges. Hamda Ishfaq secured 1st position with a remarkable 1064 marks, Gulshan Fatima stood 2nd with 1031 marks, and Eman Khan securing the 3rd  position with 1030 marks.

A total of 86,495 students participated in the examinations, resulting in an impressive pass percentage of 96.24 percent.

Addressing a ceremony, the Chairman of the board, Qaiser Alam, said that these results were announced 42 days after the conclusion of the examinations. He also mentioned that the board had been utilizing e-marking technology for the past two years.
