FEI Lauds Saudi Arabia for Hosting of Jumping and Dressage World Cup Finals

RIYADH: President of the International Equestrian Federation (FEI) Ingmar De Vos has commended Saudi Arabia for hosting the highly anticipated FEI Jumping and Dressage World Cup Finals 2024, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Friday.

De Vos lauded the kingdom’s remarkable efforts in ensuring the success of the finals, which contributed greatly to the exceptional nature of the international event.

He extended his gratitude to the Saudi Arabian Equestrian Federation and the operating committee for their strong commitment to organizing the event.

De Vos, furthermore, praised the diligent work of the regulating committee and the federation over the past months in ensuring an exciting experience for all participants. He highlighted Saudi Arabia’s hosting of the prestigious sports competition in the Middle East.

He said distinctive Saudi character and culture, have made a major impact on the unique atmosphere of the sports event.

“I am confident that all participating athletes and their companions felt the utmost care and warm welcome from the people of the Kingdom,” stated Ingmar De Vos.

He underscored the high-quality facilities, designed to ensure the comfort of both riders and horses, enabling the participants to perform at their best.

He further added that these extraordinary efforts have enhanced the level of competitiveness among participants and raised the standard of the championship.
