Australia won the first Test against New Zealand in Wellington by 172 runs today (Sunday), with spinner Nathan Lyon grabbing 10 wickets in the match.
New Zealand lost their last seven wickets on the opening session of the fourth day for 85 runs as they were all out for 196. Lyon took 6-65 in the innings.
