BRUSSELS: Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary-General Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi have met NATO Assistant Secretary-General for Political Affairs and Security Policy Boris Ruge and discussed the latest regional and international developments, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Tuesday.
During the meeting in Brussels, they talked about challenges, including the situation in the Gaza Strip and its implications for global peace and security.
Several issues were discussed, including ways to boost cooperation and coordination between the GCC General Secretariat and the NATO Secretariat, as well launching of a dialogue between the two sides.
They also talked about the need to enhance stability in the region and safeguard global peace and security.
