ISLAMABAD: In a compassionate display of solidarity, Lok Virsa is set to organize a special fundraiser exhibition, uniting Pakistani and foreign artists to support Palestinian families facing atrocities at the hands of Israeli forces.
As the world’s thoughts and prayers turn towards the afflicted Palestinians, this event is aptly themed ‘In the Pursuit of Freedom,’ Lok Virsa in a statement.
It said that citizens are urged to mark their calendars for the fundraiser exhibition, starting on Saturday, 28 October, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lok Virsa Gallery in Islamabad.
Artists’ Participation in Fundraiser Exhibition
This art showcase will feature the exquisite works of popular artists such as Alefiya Abbas Ali, Faziel Shah, Hanane Kai, Javeria Ali, Minna Haroon, Rabia Aijaz, Haris Qayyum, Nabahat Amin, Javeria Ahmed, Sakina Akber, Sara Qaed, Sundas Azfer, Sundas Shaukat, and Uzma Farooqi, all contributing their talents to help the war-stricken victims of Palestine.
The organizers have requested the people to join this noble cause and celebrate the power of art to make a difference.
