Ingredients Kabab Mixture
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped Capsicum
1 cup chopped Cabbage
1 cup chopped Green Coriander
1 cup boiled Peas
2 tbsp chopped Green Chilies
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Salt
Flour Batter Ingredients:
1 cup All-purpose Flour
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Salt Water (as needed)
Preparation Ingredients:
Kabab mixture (as needed)
Flour batter (as needed)
Bread crumbs (as needed)
Oil (for frying, as needed)
Instructions:
- Combine capsicum, cabbage, green coriander, peas, mashed potatoes, green chillies, soy sauce, chilli sauce, black pepper, red chilli flakes, and salt in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into vertical kababs and set them aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, red chilli powder, salt, and water until you achieve a runny consistency for coating. Set aside.
- Dip the prepared kababs into the flour batter, then coat them with bread crumbs. Shallow fry them until they turn golden brown.
- Your Green Kababs are now ready to be served and savoured.
