RIYADH: Saudi Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz has received a telephone call from British Secretary of State for Defense Grant Shapps, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
According to the SPA, the two sides reviewed strategic ties between the two friendly nations and discussed areas of defense cooperation.
It added that the two sides also assessed the developments in military escalation in the region and the danger of its repercussions. The SPA further reported that they discussed efforts to contain these developments, aiming to achieve security and stability at both regional and global levels.
