LAHORE: Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board Mohsin Naqvi has extended a heartfelt invitation to destitute and orphaned children, ensuring their attendance at the upcoming fourth T20 match between Pakistan and New Zealand.

In line with this initiative, reports indicate that 140 such children will be warmly welcomed as special guests at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium today, where they will not only witness the thrilling match but also enjoy entertainment tailored for their delight.

Mohsin Naqvi’s directive has ensured that these children receive first-class enclosure tickets, a gesture facilitated by PCB officials who liaised with the Director General of Social Welfare to secure the tickets. Naqvi expressed that this gesture is a modest effort to bring smiles to the faces of vulnerable children.

As anticipation builds for the match, it’s worth noting the series’ dynamic, with the first match succumbing to rain, Pakistan claiming victory in the second, and New Zealand retaliating with a win in the third, setting the stage for an eagerly awaited showdown tomorrow at Gaddafi Stadium.

On the other hand, Lahore Police took extra ordinary measures ahead of T20I match between Pakistan and New Zealand in the city. The two matches will be played between Pakistan and New Zealand in New Zealand.

CCPO Lahore said that law enforcing agencies took steps to ensure peace and security during the matches and asked the citizens to cooperate with the police.
