PESHAWAR: The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), mandated to form uniform economic policies, has announced plans to transform Thandiani and Gangwal into vibrant tourism hubs in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, signaling a significant leap forward for Pakistan’s tourism industry.

Covering 58 acres in Thandiani and 60 acres in Gangwal, these Integrated Tourism Zones (ITZs) represent a collaborative effort between public and private entities.

In Thandiani, families can anticipate a welcoming escape within the ITZ, featuring upscale residential apartments, a charming village ambiance, and delightful culinary options.

Similarly, the ITZ in Gangwal aims to showcase Pakistan’s rich cultural heritage and talent, providing visitors with an immersive glimpse into the region’s history.

By leveraging the natural beauty and cultural diversity of Thandiani and Gangwal, these zones aim to attract both local and international tourists, bolstering Pakistan’s standing in the global tourism arena.

This initiative underscores a dedicated push to unlock the potential of these picturesque destinations, promising enriching experiences for all who venture to explore them.
