Ingredients:
For Chicken Wings Marination:
- 10-12 Chicken wings
- 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 3 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Salt
For Chicken Lollipops Preparation:
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
- 1 cup Tomato ketchup
- 1/4 cup Chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- Green onion (chopped)
Directions:
- Debone the chicken wings to create chicken lollipops. Transfer them to a bowl, add flour, egg, soy sauce, chilli sauce, red chilli powder, corn flour, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Deep fry the marinated chicken until fully cooked. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok, add chopped garlic and cook briefly. Add ketchup, chilli garlic sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, and black pepper powder. Cook for a minute.
- Toss the prepared chicken wings in the sauce, ensuring they are well coated. Garnish with chopped green onions.
- The Chicken Lollipops are now ready to be served.
