Chicken Malai Boti Samosa Recipe

Ingredients:

For Chicken Preparation:

  • 800g Boneless Chicken, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Green Chili Paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 pack Dairy Cream
  • 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 piece Heated Coal (for smoking)
  • 1 tsp Oil (for smoking)

For Creamy Mayo Sauce:

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Half Pack Dairy Cream

For Chicken Malai Boti Samosas:

  • Samosa Sheets, as required
  • Flour Mixture (1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour + 1/2 cup Water)
  • Prepared Chicken Mixture, as required
  • Cooking Oil, for frying, as required

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken, yogurt, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, lemon juice, salt, and dairy cream. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook until fully done. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, and dairy cream. Set aside.
  4. Take a samosa sheet and brush the flour mixture onto one end. Shape it into a samosa and fill it with the prepared chicken mixture.
  5. Seal the samosa tightly with the flour mixture.
  6. Deep fry the samosas until they turn crispy and golden brown.
