Ingredients:
For Chicken Preparation:
- 800g Boneless Chicken, cut into chunks
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Green Chili Paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pack Dairy Cream
- 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 piece Heated Coal (for smoking)
- 1 tsp Oil (for smoking)
For Creamy Mayo Sauce:
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- Half Pack Dairy Cream
For Chicken Malai Boti Samosas:
- Samosa Sheets, as required
- Flour Mixture (1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour + 1/2 cup Water)
- Prepared Chicken Mixture, as required
- Cooking Oil, for frying, as required
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine chicken, yogurt, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, lemon juice, salt, and dairy cream. Mix thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook until fully done. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, and dairy cream. Set aside.
- Take a samosa sheet and brush the flour mixture onto one end. Shape it into a samosa and fill it with the prepared chicken mixture.
- Seal the samosa tightly with the flour mixture.
- Deep fry the samosas until they turn crispy and golden brown.
