Chocolate Brownie Dessert Recipe

ISLAMABAD: Step into the world of chocolate brownies—decadent, fudgy squares with crisp edges and molten centres. Immerse yourself in a world of decadent, fudgy goodness with this irresistible recipe.


  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Warm full cream milk
  • Chocolate ganache
  • 1 pack Whipping Cream
  • Walnuts (chopped), as required
  • Sprinkles, as required


  1. In a double boiler, melt dark chocolate, butter, and sugar until smooth. Mix well.
  2. Into the chocolate mixture, add flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Combine thoroughly.
  3. Mix in full cream milk and vanilla essence until well incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking mold lined with butter paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Once baked, remove from oven and let it cool at room temperature.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat dark chocolate and full cream milk for a minute. Stir until chocolate is melted. Set aside.
  6. Whip the whipping cream until fluffy with stiff peaks. Note: Chill the cream overnight before whipping.
  7. Spread the whipped cream on top of the prepared brownie and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  8. Pour the prepared chocolate ganache over the chilled brownie and decorate the dessert by piping whipped cream along the sides.
  9. Your Brownie Dessert is now ready. Sprinkle chopped walnuts and sprinkles on top before serving. Enjoy!
