Ingredients:
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 1 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 cup Warm full cream milk
- Chocolate ganache
- 1 pack Whipping Cream
- Walnuts (chopped), as required
- Sprinkles, as required
Instructions:
- In a double boiler, melt dark chocolate, butter, and sugar until smooth. Mix well.
- Into the chocolate mixture, add flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Combine thoroughly.
- Mix in full cream milk and vanilla essence until well incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking mold lined with butter paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Once baked, remove from oven and let it cool at room temperature.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat dark chocolate and full cream milk for a minute. Stir until chocolate is melted. Set aside.
- Whip the whipping cream until fluffy with stiff peaks. Note: Chill the cream overnight before whipping.
- Spread the whipped cream on top of the prepared brownie and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Pour the prepared chocolate ganache over the chilled brownie and decorate the dessert by piping whipped cream along the sides.
- Your Brownie Dessert is now ready. Sprinkle chopped walnuts and sprinkles on top before serving. Enjoy!
