ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan has established the Election Monitoring and Control Center (EMCC) for the general elections in 2024 to facilitate the public.

According to the spokesperson of the Election Commission, this center will allow the public to contact and register their complaints related to the elections. Immediate actions will be taken to address the complaints, and trained personnel have been appointed.

The Election Commission has set up control centers at four levels to record and promptly resolve public complaints. These control centers include the Election Commission Secretariat in Islamabad and control rooms at the provincial, divisional, and district levels.

To file complaints or report issues related to the general elections, the public can contact the EMCC staff at [email protected].

Additionally, complaints can be sent via WhatsApp to 0327-5050610. A helpline with the contact number 111-327-000 has been provided for further assistance.

The EMCC will initially operate from 8 am to 6 pm. However, from the polling day on February 8, 2024, until the receipt of election results, the center will be operational 24 hours a day. Complaints can also be submitted by fax at 051-9204403.
