Funeral Prayers Offered for Martyred Pakistan Army Officers

RAWALPINDI: The funeral prayers of Lieutenant Colonel Syed Kashif Ali and Captain Muhammad Ahmed Badar, who embraced martyrdom while defending Pakistan against terrorism in Mir Ali, North Waziristan District, were held at Chaklala Garrison Rawalpindi. The solemn ceremony was attended by dignitaries, military officials, and locals, reflecting the nation’s solidarity and reverence for the fallen heroes.

President Asif Ali Zardari, along with senior government and military officials, paid tribute to the bravery and sacrifice of the martyred officers. In his remarks, President Zardari emphasized Pakistan Army’s unwavering commitment to uphold the values of Faith, Unity, and Discipline, setting exemplary standards of professionalism and loyalty in the fight against terrorism.
