ISLAMABAD: Indulge in the essence of Ramadan with a delightful Keema Bites recipe. Enhance your Iftar experience with this exceptional dish tailored for the sacred month.

Ingredients

Keema Marination:

  • 800g Beef keema (minced beef)
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt

For Keema Bites:

  • Tortilla bread, as needed
  • Marinated minced beef, as needed
  • Oil, for frying, as needed

Instructions:

  1. Combine minced beef, red chilli flakes, soy sauce, black pepper powder, garlic powder, chilli sauce, and salt in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
  2. Take a tortilla sheet and spread a layer of marinated minced beef on it.
  3. Roll the tortilla into a log shape and slice it diagonally into 4-5 pieces.
  4. Deep fry the pieces until the minced beef is thoroughly cooked.
  5. Keema Bites are now prepared. Serve and enjoy!
