Ingredients
Keema Marination:
- 800g Beef keema (minced beef)
- 1 tbsp Red chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Chilli sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
For Keema Bites:
- Tortilla bread, as needed
- Marinated minced beef, as needed
- Oil, for frying, as needed
Instructions:
- Combine minced beef, red chilli flakes, soy sauce, black pepper powder, garlic powder, chilli sauce, and salt in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
- Take a tortilla sheet and spread a layer of marinated minced beef on it.
- Roll the tortilla into a log shape and slice it diagonally into 4-5 pieces.
- Deep fry the pieces until the minced beef is thoroughly cooked.
- Keema Bites are now prepared. Serve and enjoy!
