Puppet Festival Starts at PNCA

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) is going to host a three-day Rafi Peer Puppet Festival from Saturday with aim to nurturing the art of storytelling among children.

The festival will also feature other activities including Art Camp, Puppet Making Workshop, Story Telling Session, Face Painting and other interactive games.

Rafi Peer has been involved with puppet workshops for children and young adults across the country in schools and festivals for years.

Rafi Peer Theatre Workshop (RPTW), an exceptional cultural organization with a rich history of holding cultural festivals in the fields of puppetry, music and theatre on an international scale.

The festival will take place from April 19 to 21 at Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) in Islamabad with aim to celebrate puppetry in Pakistan.
