JEDDAH: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched the second edition of the Jusoor Initiative aimed to highlight the Kingdom’s efforts to serve pilgrims and ensuring an excellent arrival experience at the Two Holy Mosques, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Sunday.

The initiative launched at an event in Riyadh, held under the patronage of the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, saw the presence of several ambassadors and members of the diplomatic corps of the European Union, Australia, Americas, and some other states.

The program seeks to enhance global connections and showcase the services provided by Saudi Arabia to pilgrims.

Al-Rabiah stressed the unwavering commitment to transforming the Hajj and Umrah journeys into all-encompassing experiences that fulfill the aspirations of the pilgrims.

He highlighted the ongoing development endeavors in the Two Holy Mosques and the holy sites, to accommodate a maximum number of pilgrims aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

At the heart of the Jusoor program lies Nusuk, the official platform to offer Hajj services to residents in Europe, the Americas, Australia, and other European and African nations.

This platform streamlines the issuance of Hajj visas, simplifies procedures of arrival, provides pre-planning options, and offers different Hajj packages through authorized service providers.
