Sindh CM Urges Caution After Fatal Road Accident

KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah expressed deep sorrow and regret over a tragic road accident near Sehwan late Tuesday night, which claimed the lives of four passengers and left 25 injured.

CM Murad Ali Shah emphasized the importance of immediate medical assistance for the injured and directed the Commissioner of Hyderabad to declare an emergency in concerned hospitals. This measure aims to ensure that the injured receive the best possible medical care without delay.

In a statement from the CM House on Wednesday, the Chief Minister urged drivers to avoid overspeeding, emphasizing that accidents often result from reckless driving behaviors.

The accident involved a Karachi-bound passenger coach, a tanker, and a Mazda vehicle near Manjhand. The injured passengers were swiftly transported to hospitals in Hyderabad and Jamshoro for urgent medical treatment.
