LAHORE: Pakistan’s skipper Babar Azam won the toss and decided to bowl first against New Zealand in the fourth match of the ongoing five-match T20I series at Gadhafi Stadium in Lahore on Thursday.

The green shirts are playing without Muhammad Rizwan and Irfan Niazi as both suffered injuries and were advised to rest for some days. Meanwhile, Muhammad Amir, Imad Waseem, Zaman Khan, and Fakhar Zaman are back in the playing eleven. Shaheen Afridi and Naseem Khan are also replaced with other pacers.

After the first contest was washed out by rain, both the teams registered one win each in the first three matches of the T20I series.

An all-round performance by Pakistani bowlers in the second game, guided the home team to an easy win against the Black Caps whereas Mark Chapman’s unbeaten half-century took the Kiwis to a comfortable seven-wicket win against Pakistan in the third T20I. Both the matches were played at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
