LOS ANGELES: The premiere of Beyonce’s concert film, “Renaissance: A Film By Beyonce,” at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills, became a star-studded spectacle on Saturday night. However, famous artist Taylor Swift was notably absent from the event.

The exclusive screening saw the presence of prominent figures like Lizzo, Chloe X Halle, Gabrielle Union, Lupita Nyong’o, Janelle Monae, and Kris Jenner, all gracing the occasion to celebrate Beyonce’s 2022 album. Despite Beyonce’s attendance at the Eras Tour red carpet, Taylor Swift was unable to reciprocate due to her ongoing tour commitments in Brazil, where she had a scheduled performance in Sao Paulo.

Taylor Swift’s Busy Schedule in South America

Currently in the midst of her Eras Tour, Taylor’s busy schedule in South America also meant missing Thanksgiving celebrations, including spending the holidays with her NFL boyfriend, Travis Kelce. Travis Kelce mentioned the situation on his brother Jason Kelce’s podcast, “New Heights,” indicating that he would be spending the holidays alone due to Taylor’s tour commitments.

As celebrities paraded through the dazzling venue in California, which remained a secret until 24 hours before the premiere, the absence of Taylor Swift was felt. “Renaissance: A Film By Beyonce” is set to hit theaters this coming Friday on World AIDS Day, dedicated to honoring Beyonce’s cousin Johnny, who passed away due to an AIDS-related illness.
