Ingredients:
Chapli Kabab (888 g)
Cooking oil (for frying)
Sandwich bread slices, as needed
Beaten eggs (for coating), as needed
Egg wash, as needed
Grated Mozzarella cheese, as needed
Bread crumb mixture, as needed
Ingredients for Bread Crumb Mixture:
2 cups Bread crumbs
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Paprika powder
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Red chilli flakes
Instructions:
Place a bread slice on a cutting board and trim off the edges. Use a round cutter to cut the bread into rounds, matching the size of Chapli Kabab.
Fry the Chapli Kabab and set them aside.
Take a round bread slice, place a Chapli Kabab on it, sprinkle grated Mozzarella cheese, and cover it with another round bread slice. Seal the edges with egg wash.
In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, and paprika powder. Mix well to create the breadcrumb mixture.
Dip the assembled bread cutlets in beaten eggs, then coat them evenly with the crumb mixture.
Heat a frying pan and fry the cutlets until they turn lightly brown.
