ISLAMABAD: Crispy outside, juicy inside – Crispy Chicken Donuts are a flavour sensation. Prepare to be surprised by the crunch of our homemade Crispy Chicken Donuts.
Ingredients:
For Chicken Mixture:
- 1 kg Boneless Chicken
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 Ginger Pods
- 3-4 Green Chilies
- 2 Garlic Pods
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Chopped Green Coriander
For Chicken Donuts:
- Prepared Chicken Mixture
- Beaten Eggs, as needed
- All-purpose Flour, as needed
- Bread Crumbs, as needed
- Oil, for frying
Instructions:
- In a food processor, combine chicken, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder, onion powder, ginger pods, green chillies, garlic pods, egg, and chopped green coriander. Process until well combined. Set aside.
- Take the chicken mixture and shape it into donuts.
- Dip each donut in beaten eggs, coat with flour, dip again in beaten eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs.
- Deep fry the donuts until golden brown and crispy. Your Crispy Chicken Donuts are now ready to be served and enjoyed.
