ISLAMABAD: Experience the delightful crunch of homemade Potato Puffs, elevating your table with golden, crispy perfection. Your loved ones are sure to shower you with appreciation as they savor each bite of these irresistible treats.

Ingredients

Water (for boiling), salt (for boiling), potato cubes 2 ½ cups, corn flour 1/2 cup, milk 1/4 cup + 1/4 cup, green coriander (chopped) 1/4 cup, white pepper powder 1 tsp, salt 1 tsp, black pepper powder 1 tsp, oil (for frying).

Directions

  1. In a pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes until tender.
  2. Transfer the cooked potatoes to a bowl and mash them thoroughly.
  3. To the mashed potatoes, add milk, corn flour, white pepper powder, salt, chopped coriander, and mix well. Then, incorporate black pepper powder and 1/4 cup of milk once more, mixing until smooth.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe out small portions into hot frying oil.
  5. Fry until they turn crispy and golden brown. Your Potato Puffs are now ready to be served and enjoyed.
