Ingredients: Pan Fried Fish
1 kg boneless fish
2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp Salted Dairy Butter
2 tbsp oil
Creamy White Sauce
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 cups Dairy Cream
1 cup Full Cream Milk
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
Prepared fish
Chopped parsley as needed
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine fish pieces, chilli sauce, lemon juice, soy sauce, crushed black pepper, garlic powder, white pepper powder, and salt. Ensure thorough marination.
Heat Salted Dairy Butter and oil in a pan. Fry the marinated fish on each side until fully cooked. Set aside.
In another pan, heat oil and add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add Dairy Cream and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Introduce Full Cream Milk and cook for an additional minute.
Sprinkle in oregano, garlic powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Now, place the prepared fish in the sauce.
